HZ型系列环锥差动行星无级变速器

前言

SECTION 1 INTRODUCTION

HZ型(原RX型)系列环锥差动行星无级变速器引进日本80年代新技术,在大专院校有关专家参与下研制生产的,它广泛应用于皮革、印染、纺织、造纸、制药、化工、食品、印刷、包装等各行业工作机械需要无级变速的传动系统中，是各行业机械流水线、自动线无级调速的较理想的一种变速器。

    The HZ series (original RX series) collar-beveltype differential planetary stepless speed changer is developed with the taking part in of some experts from colleges, according to the eighties technology introduced from Japan, It is extensively applied to many kinds of transmission systems of  the machinery used in the processing which needs stepless drive speed, such as tannery, printing and dyeing,spinning,and weaving, papermaking, plastics processing, chemical engineering, food  printing, packing and so on.This product is a better device for stepless speed regulation on mechanical flowline or automatic assembly line.

   本机已通过省级鉴定，并经浙江省机械产品质量监督检验站测试，完全达到Q3303PYJ1-89标准要求。鉴定委员会一致认为该机结构新颖、运转平稳、噪音小、温升低、转速适应性广、转出扭矩大、节能效果显著。其主要性能指标处于国内领先地位，并编入《中国减速器实用技术手册》一书。本厂是中国无级变速器系列技术标准的主要起草成员单位。本厂生产的无级变速器是国家专利产品。专利号：91-58199。

    This product has passed the province level identification,and was tested by Zhejiang Machinery Quality Superving and Inspecting General Centre. It is identified that its function performance has come up compietely to Q3303PYBJ1-89 standards,The identification committee indecated that this machine was provided with advanced characteristics such as new structure,smooth running,less noise,low temperature elevation,extensive adaptability of runing speed,large output torgue,notable effect of energy saving.It leads the same kinds of domestic in main function performances,and has been listed in “Chinese Decelerator AppliedTechnology Handbook”.The stepless changer series producd from our factory ate domestics patents.The patent No:91-58199.

SECTION 2 CHARACTERISTICS

1、 变速范围广，配4极电机时，输出转速为0~850/min。

2、 传动平稳、噪音低，过载保护性强，在满负荷下可从“0”r/min开始稳步起动。

3、 可不停机进行调速，而调速方式可用手轮操纵、软轴操纵（3米内）及伺服电机自动操纵。

4、 组合性好输出轴可匹配摆线针轮、一齿差齿轮、蜗轮等减速机，可得到低速（0-100r/min）大扭矩传动的无级变速装备。

5、 可取代电磁调速电机（滑差电机），在相同输出扭矩下，输入电机功率小40%，价格低30%，节能好效益高。

1、 Wide range of speed change,the output rotating speed can be between 0 and 850r/min when outfitted with a four pole motor.

2、 Runing smoothly and less nosie.Good over-load protective capacity.It could start smoothly form “0”r/min even if full loaded.

3、 The speed can be adjusted meanwhile the machine is runing,and the speed adjustment way may be handwheel controlling or soft shaft controlling(within 3 metre)or automatic controlling with serve motor.

4、 It has a good combination ability.Its output shaft can be combined with cycloidal pin gear or one tooth differential gear or worm gear to turn into a drive of low speed(0~100r/min)and large twisting torgue.

    It can replace the separately excited governing motor(slip motor),and it would reduce the input power of the outfitted motor by 40% as the same output twisting torgue,and its cost would be reduced by 30%,so,its benefits and energy saving effects are notable.
